The Services are only for people 13 years old and over. If we learn that someone under 13 is using the Services, we will terminate their account. If you are not old enough to have authority to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Your Account

You may browse some content without an account. To access the full range of Services, you need to register by providing accurate information about yourself. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must not let anyone else access your account or do anything that might jeopardize its security.

We will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account. If you discover unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.

Your Content

Your saved preferences, reading lists, and any content you create belong to you. We encourage you to maintain your own backups. Your reading progress and saved stories are stored locally in your browser — clearing your browser data will remove them.

Content on the Services is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.

Our Rights in the Services

We reserve all rights in the Services' look and feel and in our content, including all text, graphics, logos, button icons, and software. You may not copy or adapt any portion of our visual design elements or trademarks without our express written permission.

We may change, terminate, or restrict access to any aspect of the Services at any time, without notice. We can remove any content for any reason. We may access, read, preserve, and disclose information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) comply with applicable law, (ii) enforce these Terms, (iii) detect or prevent fraud or security issues, (iv) respond to support requests, or (v) protect our rights, property, or safety.

Usage Limits & Payments

Unregistered users may read up to 5 chapters for free. Registered users receive additional free chapters upon sign-up. Once free chapters are used, additional chapters can be purchased through our credit packages:

• 15 chapters — €0.99 (€0.07 per chapter)
• 50 chapters — €6.99 (€0.14 per chapter, save 53%)

We also offer a Book Pass for €4.99 — a one-time purchase that grants unlimited access to all chapters of a single book, forever.

A Monthly Pass subscription at €9.99/month provides unlimited access to all chapters of all books for the duration of the subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time through your account or payment provider.

All credit purchases are one-time and non-recurring. Credits do not expire and are tied to your account. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Prices are displayed in euros (EUR); local currency equivalents shown on the Site are approximate — final pricing is determined at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing, usage limits, and content quotas at any time. Changes will be reflected on the Site before your next purchase.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once a chapter credit has been consumed. For subscription cancellations, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact us for assistance.

Things You Shouldn't Do

When using the Services, you agree NOT to:

• Take any action that violates applicable laws or other people's rights
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the Services or extract content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Services without authorization
• Share your account credentials or allow third parties access to your account

All stories and narratives on the Services are fictional and intended for entertainment purposes only. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental. We do not endorse, guarantee the accuracy, or assume responsibility for any content available through the Services.

Deleting Your Account

You can request to delete your account at any time. When your account is deleted, your account data will be permanently removed from our systems. Locally stored data (reading progress, saved stories) remains in your browser until you clear it manually. We may also suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Services and any content is solely at your own risk. They are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We will not be liable to you for any damages that arise from your use of the Services. This includes all types of damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary), lost profits, data, or revenues.

Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. When you access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to These Terms

Our Terms may change from time to time. If they do, we'll let you know about material changes by posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any change means that you agree to the updated Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Services.
